  • The rowhome

    Shared walls, vertical living, and a stairwell that catches every speck on the way up. We work top floor down so nothing resettles, and treat the stairs and bannister as their own room — not an afterthought.

  • The Trinity

    One room per floor, joined by a winding ‘pie’ staircase barely wide enough for a vacuum. We bring cordless, low-profile gear and a route built for tight Father-Son-Holy-Ghost layouts — no scraped plaster, no skipped corners.

  • Original pine & hardwood

    Century-old softwood floors with gaps and patina don’t want a soaking mop. We dry-dust the seams, damp-clean with the grain, and skip the harsh solutions that dull an original finish.

  • Radiators & plaster

    Cast-iron radiators are dust magnets with fins you can’t reach by hand, and horsehair plaster dents if you lean on it. We detail the fins, vacuum behind them, and clean plaster gently — no abrasive pads, no gouges.

  • No central air

    Window units, ceiling fans, and box fans move dust in patterns central air never does. We wipe unit housings and filters, detail fan blades top-down, and catch the grime where the airflow actually goes.

  • Stoop, vestibule & brick

    The marble stoop, the vestibule tile, and interior exposed brick are the first and last things anyone sees. We wash the stoop, clean the vestibule glass and floor, and soft-brush brick dust without driving it into the mortar.
