Do you charge extra for parking or high-rise access?
No. Your price is all-in and shown before you book. We don't tack on parking, high-rise, or drive-time surcharges after the fact.
Can I get the same cleaner each visit?
On recurring plans, yes — we prefer to send the cleaner who already knows your home. A one-time reset goes to a vetted cleaner who has that slot open.
What if something is missed?
Booked cleans are covered by the White Glove Guarantee. Tell us within 48 hours of the visit; after a review, the remedy is generally a free re-clean of the areas in question, or a partial or full credit or refund.
How does a reset work in a high-rise or doorman building?
The same way it works anywhere else. Add your building's access details to the booking notes: front desk, freight elevator, or a key at the door.
What does a reset visit cover?
The rooms that carry daily life — kitchen, bathrooms, surfaces, and floors — shaped by the reset you choose; your booking notes set the priorities within that scope. For built-up homes, choose a deep reset.
What changes during Chicago's winter salt and slush season?
Winter moves the work to the door: salt, slush, and grit track into entryways and along the floors that lead from them. The Hometress method is tuned for that range — note the entryway as a priority in your booking notes.
Can I book a reset around a move?
