Everything in a standard reset — kitchens, bathrooms, surfaces, floors — plus the built-up work: baseboards and trim, tile and grout, fixtures, vents, and appliance interiors. It's the quarterly clean that catches what weekly passes can't.

A standard reset runs about 2.5 hours, a deep clean about 4, and a move-in / move-out clean about 5 — depending on your home's size and state. You'll see the estimated window when you book.

Yes — skip a week, swap a time, or end the series. Give more than 48 hours' notice and there's no cancellation fee; inside that window our published fee schedule applies (Terms, Section 2.4).
