The same table your booking uses.

Every figure below is worked out by the booking flow itself, from the published catalog, as this page loads. Sales tax is added at checkout. Nothing else is.

01 · What a home costs

Three Philadelphia homes, every tier.

One-time prices for three typical homes, calculated exactly as the booking flow calculates them. Your own home prices itself in about a minute.

3 bed · 1.5 bath rowhomeThe typical Philly rowhome$275$360$395$435
4 bed · 2.5 bath$330$415$450$490

Prices are the pre-tax service line for a one-time visit. Bedrooms, bathrooms and size bands each add a published amount to the tier base; the booking flow shows every line.

02 · Flat vs hourly

The hourly quote is not a price.

Most Philadelphia cleaning is still sold by the hour. The rate sounds low because it is a starting rate for one person with no supplies, no guarantee and no total until they leave. A flat price answers the only question that matters: what will this cost?

06 · Cost questions

Philadelphia cost questions.

How much does house cleaning cost in Philadelphia?

With Hometress, a one-time clean of a Philadelphia home runs $220 to $490 depending on the tier and the size of the home. A 1 bed · 1 bath Standard clean is $220; a 3 bed · 1.5 bath rowhome is $275 on Standard and $360 on Deep. Every price is flat, quoted before you book, and includes the cleaner's supplies. Sales tax is added at checkout.

Is it priced by the hour or flat?

Flat. Hometress prices the tier and the home, not the clock: the Standard reset base is $170, then your bedroom count, bathroom count and square-footage band add published amounts on top. You see the total before a card is held, and the number on the booking is the number on the receipt. Hourly is the other model in this market: care.com's posted average for Philadelphia providers was $22.72 to $29.43 an hour as of September 2026, a starting rate for a solo cleaner where the total is not known until the job ends.

What does a deep clean cost in Philadelphia?

Deep reset starts at $255 before rooms and size. For the three example homes on this page it runs $305, $360 and $415. It is the Standard checklist plus the heavy scrubbing, and the full task list is published on our cleaning checklist page.

How much does a recurring plan save?

The catalog discounts every visit on a plan: 5% monthly, 10% every two weeks, 15% weekly. On a 3 bed · 1.5 bath rowhome Standard clean that is $275 one-time, $262 monthly, $248 every two weeks or $234 weekly, per visit.

What does a move-out clean cost?

Move-in / move-out starts at $290 and is priced by the same rooms and size as every other tier: $340 for a 1 bed · 1 bath, $395 for a 3 bed · 1.5 bath rowhome. It is the Deep checklist plus the inside of cabinets, closets and appliances, for an empty home.

Are supplies included?

Yes. Eco-friendly products and equipment come with every clean. There is nothing to buy or leave out, and product preferences do not change the flat rate.

What costs extra?

Only what you add. Inside the fridge is $35, inside the oven $35, interior windows $60 for up to six. Each add-on prices itself on screen as you select it, before you confirm anything. Sales tax is added to the total at checkout, and a tip for your cleaner is optional.
