The three resets

Pick the reset your home is actually asking for.

Every reset is flat-rate and all-in. Start with the one that matches where your home is right now — upgrade, downgrade, or pause your plan whenever you need to; cancellation costs depend on notice (Terms, Section 2.4).

Most chosen

The default

Standard reset

$170flat · ~2.5 hrs · 2 bed / 1 bath

The weekly cadence — kitchens, baths, surfaces, floors, and the details that make the room feel settled again. The reset most Philadelphia homes run on.

Best as a recurring rhythm — cleanest home, lowest cost per visit.

  • Bathrooms and mirrors
  • Kitchen sink and exterior
  • Vacuum carpets and rugs
  • Mop hard floors
  • Dust surfaces and shelves
  • Empty trash and tidy

Quarterly

Deep reset

$255flat · ~4–8 hrs · 2 bed / 1 bath

Everything in Standard, plus the built-up work no one looks forward to: trim, grout, fixtures, vents, and appliance interiors. The reset for the changing of seasons.

Book standalone or layer over a recurring Standard for one deep quarter.

Every way we clean

The three resets cover most homes — but every service runs on the same background-checked cleaners, the same flat all-in price, and the same 48-hour White Glove Guarantee. Pick the one that matches the job.

In every reset

The promise that doesn't change with the tier.

Whether you book a Standard, a Deep, or a Move, these six things are true every single visit. No tier unlocks them — they're how we operate.

  • Background-checked pros

Background-checked, independent cleaning professionals matched to your home — never a random dispatch at the door.

  • Supplies included

Cleaners bring eco-friendly supplies, or use yours. Either way, it's in the price — never a separate charge.

  • Parking covered

Permit zones and garage fees are baked into the flat rate, never tacked on after the visit.

  • Tax shown before you pay

Any city sales tax is resolved from your ZIP and shown on the final total before you pay — not a surprise the morning of the clean.

  • White Glove Guarantee

Tell us within 48 hours. We review every concern and make it right — a return for what was missed, or a credit or refund on that part of the clean. No second charge, no guilt-trip.

  • Consistent crews

We aim to send the same team every visit, so they learn your home and you open the door to a familiar face.

Add-ons & specialty

Everything else your home might need.

Six of the add-ons you can layer onto any reset — the full list is in the booking flow, alongside the specialty cleans for work that doesn't fit the weekly cadence. Add-on pricing shows before you book — no surprises.

Inside the fridge

Shelves, drawers, and seals emptied and wiped.

Inside the oven

Racks, door, and interior degreased.

Interior windows

Glass, sills, and tracks — up to six panes, interiors only.

Run and folded while the home resets.

The extra pass a shedding season asks for.

Common questions

Before you pick a reset.

What's actually included in a Standard reset?

Kitchens, bathrooms, all reachable surfaces, vacuuming and mopping, dusting, trash out, and a tidy. The idea is the room feels settled again — not just superficially wiped. You'll see the full checklist on the booking screen before you confirm.

How do I know which reset I need?

If your home is generally kept up, Standard is the cadence. If it's been a season since the deeper work — baseboards, grout, appliance interiors — book a Deep. If you're moving, book a Move. You can also start with Standard and layer a Deep once or twice a year.

Can I add a Deep on top of a recurring Standard?

Yes. Keep your weekly or bi-weekly Standard running, and schedule a Deep reset once a quarter (or seasonally). The Deep re-does the built-up work the cadence keeps on top of, so they complement rather than repeat.

Do cleaners bring supplies?

They do — eco-friendly, pet-and-family-safe supplies are included in the flat rate. You can also choose 'household supplies' at booking if you'd rather they use your products. Neither option changes the price.

What if my home is bigger or smaller than 2 bed / 1 bath?

The flat rate scales with bedroom and bathroom count at booking, so the number adjusts to the actual scope — not to time spent. You'll see the exact figure for your home before you enter a card.

Do you clean on move-in day, or before?

Both. For move-out cleans, book after the truck and before the keys change hands. For move-in, book the day before or the morning you take possession, so you walk into a reset space. Either way, the Move reset covers the full empty-home checklist.
