Turnover cleaner for six Lincoln Park rentals

About the work

Most weeks we have eight to twelve checkouts across the six units, usually two or three on the same afternoon. A turnover is a full reset: beds, bathrooms, kitchen, floors, and a restock of the basics. We send the week's schedule every Sunday and you pick the days that work.

What you'll need

• Two or more years of turnover or hotel cleaning
• Comfortable restocking from our supply closet and noting what runs low
• Photos of each unit when you finish

About Larkspur Stays

We host six furnished short-term rentals within a few blocks of each other in Lincoln Park. Two of us run it, and we'd rather have one steady cleaner than a rotating crew.
