About the work
When a tenant moves out we need the unit cleaned top to bottom before the painter and the next showing: inside appliances, cabinets, windows and floors. Studios pay the low end of the range, two-bedrooms the high end.
What you'll need
- Move-out or post-construction experience
- Your own supplies and vacuum
- Can turn a unit within 48 hours of notice
