Sep 5Second visit and the house already has a rhythm. Biscuit followed her room to room and she didn't mind at all.

Most of my clients are on a standing schedule. I keep notes on each home so nothing gets relearned — every visit begins where the last one ended. Comfortable with pets, plants, and particular people.

“Three cleaners in four years and I'd stopped expecting consistency. Maya's fourth visit was identical to her first — down to how the towels were folded.”Claire B. · standing biweekly reset · 14 months
Second visit and the house already has a rhythm. Biscuit followed her room to room and she didn't mind at all.
First visit of the plan. She asked three good questions before starting, and the kitchen has never looked like this.
Booked a deep clean before hosting family. She texted a prep checklist the night before, showed up seven minutes early, and found grime in places I didn't know my kitchen had. The oven looks newer than when we moved in.
Sixth visit. My dog no longer barks at her, which is its own five-star review. The house smells like nothing, which is exactly right.
Cleaning itself was excellent, but she had to reschedule twice in one month and the second time I only got a few hours’ notice. I understand things come up — communication just needs to be earlier.
Got my full deposit back on a six-year apartment, which my landlord described as "unprecedented." Worth every dollar of the $260 and then some.
Consistently great work. One star held back only because I wish she had weekend availability — book her weekday slots while you can.
I work from home and dreaded a full-day clean. She worked room by room around my calls without being asked and left each one done before moving on. Quietly professional in a way that’s hard to find.
A year in. She notices things — a wobbly cabinet hinge, a leak under the sink — and leaves a note instead of ignoring them. It’s the difference between someone cleaning your house and someone taking care of it.
